Galleria 1712 is a unique urban marketplace located in the heart of Bucktown where Artists, photographers, designers, jewelers and artisans have the ability to show and sell their work and/or merchandise to the general public.  All retail responsibilities will be handled by the Galleria. 

The Galleria is located in Bucktown in a high traffic area surrounded by many shops, restaurants and café’s just a couple of blocks from the Kennedy at 1712 W. North Ave. between Ashland and Damen in the heart of Bucktown/Wicker Park. 

First decide which type of space is right for you.  Wall spaces are perfect for merchandise or work that can be hung or displayed on small shelving.  If your work is larger or you need a space which allows you to ‘spread out’ your merchandise, then a booth space may better fit your needs.

We have been in operation since Friday, November 28th 2008.

Tuesday through Friday from 1pm to 9pm.

Saturdays from 12pm to 6pm.

Sundays from 12pm to 5pm.

Closed Mondays.

Leases are one year with the ability to end the contract with a 30-day written notice.  This allows all merchants the freedom to be able to have short term leases if they desire.

All sales will be entered into a log for tracking for each merchant.  At the end of every month, the Galleria will total up all sales and checks will be distributed to each merchant minus the discount rate on any credit or debit transactions.

No.  All merchants keep 100% of their sales.

Just fill out the application located on our Home Page.  Please email us with a sample of your work and the space(s) with which you are interested in.  Upon approval of your work a $100 deposit on all spaces is required.  Deposits are fully refundable on any lease at least four months or longer minus any wear and tear of the booth or wall space.

We welcome anyone out-of-state to join us!  If you are interested in showing and selling your work or merchandise, we currently offering a service available for a small fee to set up your space for you!  You can have your space customized as needed such as painting, hanging, installing shelving etc..

Currently, 10% of our merchants live out-of-state!
